Gait Analysis

A gait analysis is when you send us a video of you running. This allows the coaches and you to see what your form is frame by frame and make adjustments to your form. From this we will give you specific skill drills, strength exercises and self-care to help learn the new mechanics. Once you've done a gait analysis you can check back in over the new couple months to make certain your form remains correct.

If you are a trainer, coach or part of a running group I can come to you and work with your members. We start the day with a gait analysis and then we work through the skill drills and mechanics that mark running pain free a joy and not a chore.
