Each day you will be sent an email that shows you the drill and walks you through how to add them to your training program. Each day and week build of the previous one to transform your running form.

We will send you short strength exercises to help you run stronger and if you currently don't have strength training in your plan, we will give you two small workouts a week to help build your entire body for effective running.

Self-Care

As runners we need to remember to stretch, roll and in general take care of ourselves to keep us from injury. We will send you daily items to help with that days drills and strength.

After decades of teaching people the proper mechanics, we have found it takes time and commitment daily to retrain your mechanics. We have put together a few options for you to work with us, including self-paced and weekly coaching. This course also includes the gait analysis mentioned above.
