The course take the information that is normally taught in a 6 hour course and spreads it out over 8 weeks, allowing for time to implement and make sure you are making progress.
The course runs from Dec 1st - Jan 25 th. But you have access to the material for as long as we sell this course. (We aren't going anyway so I think you're safe)
Yes, this course is about meeting you where you are. We all have life that gets in the way so, if you're traveling and don't have internet, come in when you get back!
If you're injured then this is the best time for you to get started. We will work with you so that you don't injure yourself further, but come back stronger!
Well if you follow her you know that she's just giving you snippets of what you can do. In the course we take you through the journey from beginning to end. We work with you daily to get you running pain free. The course puts the system together!
The content is about 10-30 minutes as it progresses, but you can do it throughout your day. Our goal is for you to fit the Skill, Strength and Self-Care into your life so that it becomes part of your running plan like putting on shoes or your watch.
