This course was developed to teach runners the necessary movements in order to run pain free. This is entirely online with coaching and community through Facebook and an offline portal and app.

What do I get in the course?

The course take the information that is normally taught in a 6 hour course and spreads it out over 8 weeks, allowing for time to implement and make sure you are making progress.

  • To help you learn the mechanics of running correctly, we incorporate three pillars: Skills, Strength and Self-Care.
  • We analyse your gait two times during the course - we take a baseline at the beginning then we review it with you at the end.  One gait analysis is a $394 value.
  • We give you daily skills, strength and self-care reminder emails to help you progress through your journey to running pain free.
  • You can download each of the days skills, strength and self-care so you can bring them with you to the gym or track.
  • We coach you live in the Facebook group so you can ask questions, show your progress; it's like having a coach in your pocket.
  • Not a fan of social media? No problem we transfer all the live videos to the training portal and you can ask questions to Valerie on every post in the site.
  • We have a mobile app of the training portal that you can use on your phone. 
  • We have a search feature that allows you to go back through the course and search the live content for any tips that you might have missed.
  • You have lifetime access to this content and the Facebook lives will be transferred to this training portal.
