How many weeks, months or years are you going to sit and wait to heal? Isn't it about time to stop being frustrated, and injured and learn to run pain free. 

If you were going to play piano, you'd find a teaching. If you wanted to play tennis, you'd take lessons. Golfing? A coach. So why do we not take the time to learn to run with proper form from an experienced running coach?
