You have gymnastic coaches, golf coaches, tennis coaches, swim coaches, but runners are left to figure it out for themselves. This is why they wind up injured and miserable. But running isn't hard. We make it hard by using improper form and fighting against gravity.

What do I get in the course?

The course takes the information that is normally taught in a 6 hour course and spreads it out over 8 weeks, allowing for time to implement and make sure you are making progress.

  • Learn the mechanics of running correctly. You will incorporate three pillars: Skills, Strength and Self-Care.
  • Daily skills, strength and self-care reminder emails to help you progress through your journey to running pain free.
  • Ability to download each of the day's skills, strength and self-care so you can bring them with you to the gym or track.
  • Live coaching in the Facebook group so you can ask questions and show your progress. It's like having a coach in your pocket!
  • Interactive coaching with Zoom using different time zones through out the course to make sure everyone gets live dynamic coaching.
  • Not a fan of social media? No problem! You can access all the live videos in the training portal and ask Valerie your questions on every post in the site.
  • Mobile app access for the training portal that you can use on-the-go. 
  • Search feature that allows you to go back through the course and search the live content for any tips that you might have missed.
  • Free ticket to one of her Dallas Clinics in 2020 after you've gone through the course. Tickets normally cost $149,
  • Lifetime access to the content and Facebook lives within the training portal.

All students receive video analysis of their running.

  • TWO gait analyses during the course - we take a baseline at the beginning then we review it with you at the end.  One gait analysis is a $197 value.

Frequently Asked Questions

The course runs from May 31st - July 18th. But you have access to the material for as long as we sell this course. (We aren't going anyway so I think you're safe)

The content is about 10-30 minutes as it progresses, but you can do it throughout your day. Our goal is for you to fit the Skill, Strength and Self-Care into your life so that it becomes part of your running plan, like putting on shoes or your watch.

Yes, this course is about meeting you where you are. We all have life that gets in the way so, if you're traveling and don't have internet, come in when you get back!

If you're injured, then this is the best time for you to get started. We will work with you so that you don't injure yourself further, but come back stronger!

Well if you follow her you know that she's just giving you snippets of what you can do. In the course, we take you through the journey from beginning to end. We work with you daily to get you running pain free. The course puts the system together!
